Area Sales Manager - Srinagar

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Srinagar region, focusing on promoting and selling green tea and black tea. The role demands expertise in driving sales, managing distributor networks, and developing the Valley territory to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets for green tea and black tea in the region.
• Distributor Management:Identify, appoint, and manage distributors; Ensure distributor stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Market Expansion: Develop and implement plans to expand the market share in the Valley territory; Identify and penetrate new market segments.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Promotions and Branding: Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor activities and market trends to inform strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain and share sales data, forecasts, and progress reports with management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in tea or beverage sales.
• Proven expertise in managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Srinagar and Valley territory market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
