1. In-depth knowledge of Operations- Oversees day to day smooth operations at outlet level.

2. Inventory management- proper forecasting and coordination with supply chain for outlet requirements

3. QSC- Ensuring high standards at outlet level.

4. Good at training, motivating and retaining the staff at outlet level.

5. Bills Receivable- payment collections from franchisees.

6. LSM- Capture Catchment details and roll out LSM plan.

7. Preparing and sharing reports- Decent Knowledge of Excel, Mails & PPT.

8. Dealing with and resolving 1st customer (Franchisee) and end consumer complaints

9. Identifying new locations for Outlet.
