Role Summary:

The Architect will play a key role in designing and overseeing construction and renovation projects for Medicover Hospitals. This includes ensuring functional, aesthetic, and safety standards are met, while aligning with the organizations goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design hospital spaces, ensuring alignment with healthcare infrastructure standards and regulations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, including space planning, layouts, and design specifications.

Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and construction documents.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards.

Ensure designs meet the organization's functional, operational, and sustainability requirements.

Research and recommend materials, technologies, and design solutions suitable for healthcare settings.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong expertise in hospital or healthcare infrastructure design.

Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.

In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and healthcare infrastructure requirements.

Excellent project management and coordination skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

5+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
