Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Assurance Lead at Archimedis Digital in Chennai.

The Delivery Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects deliverables & services to clients.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, managing project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- IT QMS Implementation: Enable and implement existing QMS process across organization.

- SOP Authoring: Author IT SOP's, Work Instructions & Templates.

- Maintain Quality Standards: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery.

- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements for efficient and effective project execution.

- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulations, and contractual agreements.

- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.

- Technology Utilization: Leverage tools and technologies to enhance delivery assurance processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:.

- Familiarity with quality standards (e.g , ISO, CMMI).

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Delivery Assurance funcitons.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.

- Experience in managing large-scale IT or software development projects.
