Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor management - Vendor identifications and Prequalification activities

2. Preparation of Tender document / RFP, Market Rate Analysis of the items

3. Coordination with other team for timely response on the queries / clarity in the tender and RFI raised by vendors and contractors.

4. Techno commercial negotiations with vendors and contractors.

5. Scrutiny and Analysing of the Claims during Execution recommended by Site team

6. Hands on experience in SAP for Vendor management and Workorder formalities.

Highest Degree -Graduation in Civil Engg.

NICMAR, Pune (Construction management) is a plus
