Associate Technical Director - Mobility Structure

Associate Technical Director - Structures, Europe

This is a new role in the organization and focusses on Europe structure s business of Mobility. It would play a role in Market to Opportunities to Pursuit to Win to Deliver to Results stages of a project. It involves managing and supporting the pursuit of business opportunities and the successful execution of projects within the organization. This role requires a combination of technical competencies, exposure to European mobility projects, strategic thinking, people management, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the business landscape. The candidate needs to manage the existing teams and would also get involved in developing the team in terms of competency and capacity to cater to the increased project demand coming from Europe. The role needs to deliver to the expectations of a project in quality, time, budget and a possible value addition. Work experience with Germany or Netherlands or Belgium or France would be a definite advantage.
