Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our team and drive growth. As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8-10 years of overall experience with 05+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the clean energy, sustainability, or engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of clean energy technologies, sustainability practices, and engineering solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
