Job timing: 11 am - 8 pm (Monday-Saturday)


Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Hardware Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of IT hardware products to corporate clients, educational institutions, and other business sectors. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and targeting potential clients in the IT hardware sector.
    • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events or conferences.
    • Understand customer needs and present tailored IT hardware solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth product delivery and implementation.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentations:
    • Stay up to date with the latest IT hardware products, trends, and technologies.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our hardware solutions.
    • Provide technical specifications and guidance to customers when needed.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.
    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize product offerings and strategies.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively and efficiently.
    • Ensure the timely processing of orders, payments, and other relevant documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in IT hardware, with a focus on B2B sales (corporate clients, SMBs, or government).
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of IT hardware products (e.g., servers, laptops, desktops, networking equipment, printers, etc.).
  • Sales Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Customer-Focused:
    • Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:
    • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Tools & Technology:
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Good understanding of the competitive IT hardware landscape and market trends.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
