Senior Engineer- Intune/ Endpoint MDM/MAM

Key Responsibilities:
• Device Management & Security:
◦ Configure, deploy, and manage Intune MDM policies for mobile devices, laptops, and desktops across various platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
◦ Develop and implement security policies (e.g., encryption, password policies, device compliance, conditional access) to ensure device and data security.
◦ Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for device enrollment, policy conflicts, and other MDM-related problems.
◦ Manage and enforce endpoint security protocols and collaborate with security teams for incident response and threat mitigation.
• Application Management & Deployment:
◦ Create and manage Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies for application deployment, configuration, and security.
◦ Deploy and manage both line-of-business (LOB) and third-party apps using Intune.
◦ Troubleshoot application deployment issues and work closely with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Integration & Automation:
◦ Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and other identity management solutions to manage access and security.
◦ Automate common tasks related to device management using PowerShell and other automation tools.
◦ Configure Intune Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning.
• Compliance & Reporting:
◦ Develop and manage compliance policies for devices to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
◦ Generate and review reports on device health, compliance status, and app deployment.
◦ Continuously monitor the environment to ensure compliance with security standards and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Support & Troubleshooting:
◦ Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues related to Intune, MDM/MAM, and endpoint management.
◦ Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure quick resolution of user issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and security incidents.
◦ Conduct root-cause analysis of complex issues and create solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:
◦ Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, security, operations) to implement device management solutions.
◦ Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and end-users regarding best practices for device and application management.
◦ Engage in regular discussions with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable device and app management solutions.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
◦ 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Intune, MDM, and MAM solutions.
◦ Solid understanding of endpoint management, device security, application deployment, and mobile device management in a large enterprise setting.
◦ In-depth experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integrations with cloud services.
◦ Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving complex device management issues.
• Technical Skills:
◦ Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
◦ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
◦ Strong knowledge of security practices (e.g., encryption, authentication, access controls, compliance policies).
◦ Familiarity with Autopilot, Windows Autopilot, and other provisioning tools for automated device setup.
◦ Experience managing a mix of devices: Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Certifications (preferred):
◦ Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
◦ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
◦ Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (or equivalent)
