Position : Consultant (on contract)

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing strategic company reports covering company operations, recent initiatives, key strategic focus, management changes, business issues and industry challenges. These reports help our valuation analyst in performing Business Valuation.
• Other ad-hoc work which would include high level industry scans, industry reports, M&A target selection etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Functional Requirements

• Graduate (BBA/BMS) (finance / marketing) fresher from a reputed institute or Semi-qualified CAs, CFA 1,2 or 3 cleared.
• Good research skills and good written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of MS office, including MS word and PowerPoint is also required
