About The Company:
ARA's client is a leading consulting firm specializing in premium services such as expat relocation, real estate, and immigration services. They cater to multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals (HNI's) with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Their services are tailored to meet the needs of global businesses and expatriates, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive support.
The Role:
This position will manage the Sales functions for Pune, Mumbai as well as some other PAN India locations. Their clients are large corporations, expatriates & HNI's and may be located in Pune, Mumbai, other major cities in India or in foreign countries. The position will be required to sell consulting services like expat relocation, real-estate and immigration services to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of targets for corporate sales
- Develop & implement sales plans and strategies
- Lead generation by participating in industry events and networking with multinational corporations as well as influencers like associations, chambers, embassies, international recruiters, international tax advisors, luxury hotels, etc.
- Lead generation through cold calling and personal visits to business influencers
- Contribute to marketing activities and assist in lead generation by working closely with traditional marketing & digital marketing team.
- Generate interest in our services from corporations, seek appointments, make presentations, submit price proposal and close deals
- Assist with transitioning of new account to the delivery team
- Record lead progress in HubSpot CRM
Skills Required:
- Good communication, presentation skills and Interpersonal skills
- Good negotiator, silently aggressive, disciplined, punctual, mature & good team player
- Proven sales track record in service / consulting industry
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Thorough knowledge of Pune & Mumbai City and its business / industry clusters
- Knowledge of foreign languages & culture will be an added advantage
- Candidate must own a two/four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune
- Some exposure in selling to national accounts spread across metro cities in India will be preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing from a reputed institute.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing & Sales function in Service Industry; out of which minimum 2 years should be in selling services to HR / Administration / Purchase managers of multinational & other large corporations in the Pune & Mumbai region.
