Corporate Transactions - Senior Associate role - Mumbai

We are currently assisting our client, a full-service law firm in their search for Corporate Transactions lawyer in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and finalize transaction-related documents and due diligence processes across various business areas.

- Provide strategic legal advice on transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, business structuring, and related corporate matters.

- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance.

- Manage deals efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is accurately maintained.

- Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience as a transactional lawyer.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

- Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and commercial legal frameworks.

- Proven leadership skills, capable of managing teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
