Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related field within the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of the IT sales cycle and the ability to identify business needs.
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines & targets
- Critical thinker, problem-solver with excellent negotiation skills
- Proactive & Keen learner.
