Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager - Data Centre with a strong background in the HVAC industry.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data centre infrastructure sales, certified expertise, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC solutions in data centres.
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support for HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- HVAC industry experience is a must-have.
- Certifications: CDCE, CDCS, PMP, CDCP, DCCA (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in data centre infrastructure and HVAC systems.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in technical sales, business development, and consultative selling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
- MBA in sales and marketing is a plus
