Job requirements

Role Summary:

Were seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Marketing and Communications team in India, supporting our global business. This is a critical role responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies that significantly impact Aptias brand awareness and colleague engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled professionals and passionate industry experts while contributing directly to our success.

This role demands a proactive and results-oriented professional who can handle the complexities of the pensions and employee benefits administration industry and is passionate about navigating the business through challenges and opportunities.

Youll also lead a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy: Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring verifiable results and alignment with Aptia Groups overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Internal Communications: Oversee and manage the delivery of the Internal Communications strategy, leading the development and delivery of key campaigns and leadership events (virtual and in person).
  • Team management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, developers and designers, leveraging and directing their skills to produce quality internal and external communication.
  • Market analysis and strategy: Stay abreast of marketing and industry trends, challenges and opportunities and implement new technologies or strategies that can enhance the business s competitive edge. Lead efforts to launch new products, including identifying opportunities and designing take-to-market marketing strategies.
  • Campaign development and execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and more. Direct the creation of content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.
  • Employer brand: Implement strategies to promote Aptia s employer brand, including website content development, social media and Aptia s intranet.
  • Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business - this will include colleagues at all levels of seniority who you will support to achieve business goals through internal and external communications.

Required skills

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in marketing and communications roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing relationships with senior individuals to achieve significant results.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing a brand and successfully engaging colleagues and stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Experience of planning and delivering corporate events for internal and external audiences.
  • Extensive experience of effectively managing colleagues and stakeholders in each area and leveraging their roles to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with a history of developing and executing marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, along with the ability to employ these skills to closely support and review internal and external content, ensuring the highest quality at all times.
