As a Marketing Lead, you will drive the overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on demand generation to attract and convert qualified leads. You ll lead initiatives across content creation, brand positioning, and multi-channel campaigns, while working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and scale growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with SiftHub s objectives
Design and execute highly effective demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. Leverage a mix of email campaigns, webinars, SEO, paid advertising, and ABM
Build, analyze and optimize the lead funnel, ensuring high conversion rates from lead to customer
Oversee the development of engaging and informative content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers)
Plan and execute event opportunities (conferences, webinars, leadership dinners, and custom events)
Elevate the SiftHub brand by leading PR initiatives, speaking engagements, thought leadership, and partnerships to strengthen the position as a leader in AI-driven SaaS
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure team s success
12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline acceleration
Demonstrated success in building demand generation engines, scaling lead funnels, and meeting aggressive growth targets
Proficiency in content marketing and SEO strategies to drive organic growth
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and webinars
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools to track and optimize performance
Proven experience in event marketing and flexibility to travel frequently
Strong team-building and leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams
