We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network and cloud-based infrastructure to support evolving Azure cloud needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software, network, or systems engineering, along with hands-on experience in managing large-scale cloud and data center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Respond to incidents during regular on-call rotations and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• System Architecture: Design and optimize data center and hybrid cloud infrastructure to meet scalability and reliability requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, configurations, and processes.
• Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy server and network infrastructure equipment at cloud scale in collaboration with data center and software teams.
• Cloud Solutions: Enable next-generation server racks to support new cloud offerings and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Configuration Management: Configure and manage IT infrastructure in hybrid environments, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Enterprise Network Solutions:
• Collaborate with IT personnel to design, manage, and implement enterprise network solutions.
• Provide expert recommendations to project managers and team members for optimized system performance.
• Partner with subject matter experts, clients, and IT staff to analyze and document system requirements.
• Identify and address design and functionality gaps in system architecture.
• Project Management Support:
• Work closely with IT Project Managers to ensure project plans align with organizational goals.
• Assist with release planning, task estimation, and developing realistic timelines.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

• Good Understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, Switching Protocols.
• Good network knowledge, especially Cisco Nexus & Arista.
• Good SysAdmin knowledge, Server administration & Hardware Troubleshooting
• Good in Network Traffic Flow understanding
• Good remote troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 On-call supports.
• Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities.
• Basic experience some experience in scripting using Python, PowerShell etc.
• 2-3 years of experience in Azure DevOps (Basics).
• Knowledge of cloud build and source management using git
• Basics of Powershell

Certifications:

• Cisco (e.g., CCNA /CCNP ).
• Azure Certification
• Any System Administrator Certification
• ITIL or equivalent certifications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals
