System Administrator

Aptly is a fast-growing global IT infrastructure service company. We are currently looking for multiple system administrators to join our system support team. In our team, System Administrators support customer onboarding, access management, system upgrades based on feedback, and handling IT tickets.

Role & responsibilities

• Setting up new users and giving them access to the system (a AI/ML system)
• Managing and maintaining the ticketing queue, ensure it is always monitored and addressed
• Operating administration for user platform, perform step by step actions to resolve the requests and issues.
• Creating missing TSG when any new ticket or new type of ticket comes in, and ensure all TSG gaps are monitored and always updated
• Perform data injection for the system which includes data clearing, and injecting to systems based on TSG,
• Employing the latest security protocols

Requirements

A qualified candidate will have skills and qualifications that demonstrate the fact that they can execute their job duties and fulfilling the various functions of their role. Some of the skills and qualifications of a System Administrator include:

• Ability to solve problems in stressful situations
• Strong attention to detail and time sensitivity
• Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users
• Excellent communication skills, great customer satisfaction
• Time management skills
• Knowledge (or Interest in) about AI/ML is a great plus
