Job Duties:

1. Identify Potential Candidates, work with company recruiting sources to first screen candidate based on job description.
2. Conduct candidate for Screening Interviews, check with managers to confirm on screening aspects and questions.
3. Managing Job Postings and contacting potential candidate immediately.
4. Coordinate Recruitment Activities, such as meeting with hiring managers to clarify requirements.
5. Assisting candidates for interviews at onsite locations.
6. Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions, and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
8. Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports.
9. Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent English communication skills with Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
2. Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world class candidate experience.
3. The ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers, previous account management experiences is a strong plus.
4. Exposure to full life cycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management.
5. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
6. Handle confidential information discreetly.
7. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency.
8. An educational background in HR, communication, and business is a plus.
