US IT Recruiter ( Hybrid )

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for US-based clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment lifecycle, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to onboarding the selected candidate.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific IT staffing needs, technical requirements, and company culture.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media etc. networking, referrals, and our internal database, to identify qualified IT professionals.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews (phone, video, in-person if applicable) to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Technical Assessments: Collaborate with technical teams to develop and administer relevant technical assessments to evaluate candidate proficiency.
