Propel Apps is looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter with min. 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, linkedIn sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Identify and source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

Candidate Management:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Job Analysis and Posting:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and draft job descriptions.
