About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager - Digital Sales to lead our digital sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve digital sales targets and revenue growth.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing digital sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Identify new market opportunities, drive business development efforts, and establish strong client relationships.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, leveraging data analytics tools to optimize strategies and ensure targets are met.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

- Oversee the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

- Represent the company in high-stakes client meetings and industry events to build brand visibility and credibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the digital sales domain.

Proven Track Record:

- Demonstrated success in driving digital sales growth and leading successful sales teams in fast-paced environments.

Industry Knowledge:

- Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, sales strategies, and CRM systems.

Leadership Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in motivating and developing cross-functional teams.

Analytical Skills:

- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive insights and business decisions.

Communication:

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships
