Equity Trader/Equity Dealer - Buyside AMC/Sell Side Broking (1-2 yrs)

- We are looking for a skilled Trader/Dealer with experience in Buyside AMC or Sell Side broking firms to join our team.

- This role demands precision, the ability to handle data-heavy calculations under pressure, and strong compliance adherence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform complex mathematical calculations for trading activities and ensure accurate trade execution under tight deadlines.

- Engage with Fund Managers to develop and execute strategies for fund deployment and rebalancing exercises.

- Reconcile executed trades with the order management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Ensure strict adherence to regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for trading.

- Draft and update SOPs for internal dealing processes.

- Prepare, monitor, and submit compliance and risk reports.

- Plan and execute assigned tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.

- Automate processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications Required

Experience:

- Minimum 1-2 years as a Trader/Dealer in Buyside AMC or Sell Side broking firms.

- Hands-on experience with Bloomberg is a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with WealthSpectrum/Miles and NSDL Steady is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Skills:

- Strong team player with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in automating processes.

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- High attention to detail and strong governance of data in systems.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight time constraints
