Role & Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the EdTech industry.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media to attract top talent.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build strong pipelines for niche roles and anticipate future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational goals.
