Director / Business Head US Staffing (Healthcare)

He would primarily be responsible for setting up the Healthcare vertical of the existing US Staffing (IT) business including but not limited to Setting up the Team & Processes, Acquiring Key Clients, Strategising Geographic spread within US , strategising Candidate sourcing and implementing the same And having an overall responsibility for the P&L and growth of the vertical.

A seasoned Staffing professional with proven track record in US Healthcare Staffing.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Should be holding/capable in getting direct clients and opportunities right across
• Responsible for leading the the US Heathcare staffing as a business vertical center - its setup, stabilization and Growth
• Responsible for setting up & executing the strategic roadmap for the vertical growth with P&L responsibilities
• Framing and executing an effective Sales strategy to acquire large and mid size accounts
• Setting up an efficient Candidate sourcing strategy and ensuring a high servicability of key accounts
• Work closely with Sales and Account Managers – to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/s, progress of the process and prioritizing the requirements.
• Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating and perpetrating effectively create a professional, healthy, accountable work force.
• Increase the team productivity by continuously introducing innovative recruiting methods, procedures, tools and sources.

• Should have in-depth hands on experience of the US Healthcare staffing industry, its nuances, complexities and compliance requirements
• Must have 5+ years of experience in Healthcare staffing and overall +10 years in leading deliverables with multiple teams.
• Should be Proactive in planning and strategizing timely delivery of talent as per business demand
• Should be able to independently plan, execute and build teams which could deliver and partner with business with proven track record.
• Comfortable in effectively coordinating with other Company Board of Directors, other business units and global clientele.
• Well versed in defining career path, building leadership, delegation of responsibilities, controlling attrition and ownership and delivery.
• Very good in analytical, communication, attitudinal, altitudinal, client management, team management, negotiations skills.

Experience: 5+ in US Healthcare Staffing and 10+ years of overall Staffing experience.
