Job Specifications:
Hiring Technical Positions
Work Timings- 9:30am to 6;30pm

Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.

Client Interaction:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements.
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.

Offer Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to selected candidates.
Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and paperwork.

Recruitment Process Management:
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment pipeline.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and understand client needs.
