Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the education sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our education solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target educational institutions for business growth.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams for seamless service delivery and report sales activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3-4 years in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, CRM proficiency, and goal-oriented mindset.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the education industry and market trends.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey ideas and information to clients and stakeholders.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.

Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities within the education sector.
