Role & responsibilities :-

Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with the Business Development Head to align tender strategies.
Develop cost estimates and technical proposals.
Integrate market inputs from the market Analyst.
Maintain records of tender submissions.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent;
certification in Tender Management is an advantage.
Experience: 5-8 years in tendering for infrastructure or mining projects.
Skills: Proficiency in tendering software, analytical skills, and teamwork.
