Job Description
Job Title : Tendering Manager / Assistant Tendering Manager
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat
Roles and Responsibilities:

Post a comprehensive One-month training, youre the captain of your ship, guiding Induspect toward
their Tendering destinations with autonomy and expertise.
Tendering Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement the companys tendering strategy to align with business goals.
Identify and assess potential tender opportunities and markets to expand the company s reach.
Coordinate and oversee the entire tendering process, from initial inquiry to final submission.
Draft detailed technical and financial tender documents.
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for quotation and tendering purposes.
Prepare and oversee the preparation of detailed, high-quality tender documents of Govt. and Private
tender, including technical specifications, financial bids, and supporting documentation.
Business Development:
Identify and strategize to capture new business opportunities through tendering.
Conduct cold outreach to potential partners and prospects.
Client Engagement:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners throughout the tendering
process.
Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings to understand client requirements and clarify tender details.
Engage in negotiations with clients during the bidding process, aiming for favorable outcomes for
the company.
Provide feedback to clients and internal teams after tender submission, regardless of the result.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal and global teams to achieve successful tendering outcomes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient preparation of tender
documents.
Travel & Mobility:
Be willing to travel extensively across India and internationally to meet clients and attend meetings.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess market trends related to
tendering. Analyze competitor bids and tender submissions to improve the company s tendering process and
bidding strategy.
Monitor industry developments and changes in tender regulations to ensure compliance.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with the tendering process, including financial, legal, and
operational risks.
Ensure that all tender submissions comply with relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
Evaluate the risks and benefits of entering into a tender and make recommendations to senior
management.
Reporting and Documentation:
Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of on-going tenders and potential
opportunities.
Prepare detailed post-bid reports, analyzing the success or failure of tender submissions.
Maintain a comprehensive record of all tenders, bids, and related documents for audit and review
purposes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all tender submissions are fully compliant with client requirements, industry standards,
and regulatory obligations.
Review and maintain high levels of quality control in all tender documentation and submissions.
Post-Tender Activities:
Engage in post-tender negotiations with clients to finalize the terms and conditions of successful
bids.
Participate in contract discussions and ensure that the company s interests are protected in the final
agreements.
Conduct post-mortem reviews on tenders that were not awarded to identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education : Any of Bachelors degree, or related field. A Master s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience : 5 years to 7 years
Skills : Strong project management, leadership, and negotiation skills; in-depth knowledge of
tendering processes and compliance regulations; proficiency in contract and pricing strategies.
Tools : Familiarity with tender management platforms.
