AppsForBharat - Product Manager - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/IIT/NIT/BITS (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product decisions.

- Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

- User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user friendly product experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

- Feature Prioritization and Roadmapping: Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives, and assist in maintaining product roadmaps and release schedules.

- Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features to drive user engagement and retention.

Requirements:

- Post Graduate/ Graduate in Engineering or Management from a premier institute.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management is a must.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is preferred.

- A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

- Experience in an e-commerce or supply chain setup will earn you an extra brownie.

Basic Requirement:

- 2+ years of core work experience.
