Job Title : Field Technical Service Expert - Faridabad
Location : Faridabad
Reports to (Position) : Atul Jaiswal
Department/Function : FTS
Major Responsibilities :
1. Claim and complaint management
2. Product feedback to R&D and Sales
3. Demand Generation Activities
4. Training of internal and external staff
5. Market Intelligence current practices by the competition, latest trends in customer service and customer experience
6. Implementation of Marketing and Service Initiatives
7. Sales support support sales team in timely customer complain resolution, sales generation through customer activities etc.
