To act as HR business partner of the Unit. Major Responsibilities : Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Nurture a positive work environment Oversee and manage, performance appraisal system to drive high performance Maintain compensation and benefits plan Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs to develop skill and competencies of various categories of employees. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal and other systemic compliances. HR Budgeting and cost tracking. Documentation and implementation of TQM practices in HR.
Skills : Knowledge of HR Process and Practices 2. LD Concepts and ideas 3. Knowledge of Statutory and regulatory requirements and procedures. 4. Thorough knowledge of labour laws Relevant Experience : 12-15 Years, preferably in manufacturing. Education Qualification(s) : MBA /MSW/MA (HR) or Equivalent Post Graduation.
