Manager / Sr. Manager - HR (Palghar Plant)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant HR Head to lead our Human Resources team in the Palghar based 3 plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, compliance, and driving employee development programs to ensure business success.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Employee Management:

• Oversee employee performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure effective resolution.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and compliance.

Training & Development:

• Create and implement training programs for skill development and leadership enhancement.

Compliance & HR Policies:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Taking ownership of Social Audits (SMETA)

Employee Engagement & Retention:

• Foster a positive work culture to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with MBA(HR) and 15+ years of experience in handling Plant HR operations.
• Strong in Compliance
