Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless system functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system malfunctions.

Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities.

Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.

Strong understanding of system monitoring and diagnostic tools.

Experience in scripting languages such as Shell or Python.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A Graduate degree is required.
