Jira Developer (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Jira Process & Automation :

- Enhance Jira automation to establish a streamlined process for Operations Experts (OEs), Product Owners (POs), and Tech Teams.

- Support in reviewing and handling Jira access rights, including yearly re-attestation.

- Develop and maintain Jira onboarding and training programs for new entities, POs, and Tech teams.

Operational Support & IT Queries :

- Respond to generic Operations & IT queries from a business perspective.

- Ensure compliance with business processes, EMP SOPs, and Design Co presentations.

Training & Documentation :

- Prepare a structured training path on Degreed for Jira-related processes, including regular refresher training.

- Document proxy requests and manage annual re-attestation of SF proxy and Jira access rights.

Data Management & Reporting :

- Define a process for regular updates on ECCS/Legal Entity Codes, including Excel-based comparisons and reporting.

- Support data deletion processes and ensure compliance with DSGVO and data retention policies.

- Manage SAP tickets for enhancement requests, ensuring regular updates and reporting.

- Provide reporting on billability queries, charging rules, and global CR budget usage.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Upload new content to the EMP Connect page based on team requests.

- Coordinate translation collection from entities using Teams and related access management.

- Oversee ergonomics testing and bug fixes with SAP.

- Assist in IDMC tool rollout and creation of data glossary documentation.

- Manage EMP distribution lists, including an annual review process.
