Roles and responsibilities:

1. Recruitment of nurses and other support functions at the unit level.

2. Offer, appointment and joining formalities.

3. Attendance and leave management at the unit level.

4. Responsible for Payroll management and statutory compliances at the unit level.

5. Employee engagement and welfare activities at the unit level.

6. Responsible for Performance management and career growth of employees at unit level.

7. Attrition control.

8. Any other work assigned by the manager from time to time.
