Executive Recruiter

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiters with 1-3 years of experience to join our team at Apna Jobs and drive talent acquisition for high-impact roles across industries.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Bulk Hiring: Execute bulk hiring drives, meeting high-volume recruitment demands across diverse industries and profiles.
• Sourcing Expertise: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and databases, to identify top talent.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates through detailed screenings to match job requirements and client expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and manage offer rollouts effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Graduate).
• Experience in Non-IT Recruitment: 1-3 years of proven experience in Non-IT hiring across different industries.
• Bulk Hiring Experience: Strong ability to manage and deliver on high-volume hiring requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Result-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving recruitment targets within deadlines.
