Academic Counsellor

We are hiring an Academic Counselor to join our Presales team at a leading EdTech company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by connecting students and parents with innovative educational solutions in the K-12 and Test Prep sectors.

Role & responsibilities :

• Sales Achievement: Drive sales growth by consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls daily with prospective students & their parents.
• Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to potential clients .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling .
• Conduct product demos or presentations to showcase features and benefits.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and earning incentives.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the K-12 EdTech industry.
• Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment .
• Experience in the EdTech industry, particularly with products and services for the K-12 education sectors Test Prep segment, is highly preferred.
