Job Description for Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - TSD

• Experience on process engineering, scale up activities and tech transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Knowledge on all unit operations and Process engineering calculations for scale up.
• Knowledge on safety and quality risk assessment.
• Preparation of scale up documents like PFD, PI&D, equipment mapping and risk assessment.
• Knowledge on safety data generation and hazard evaluation based RC and thermal data.
• Knowledge process equipment's and batch monitoring during manufacturing.
• Preparation of batch monitoring data during pilot batches as well as trail and validation batches.
• Coordination with cross functional teams like CRD, Pilot plant, kilo lab and manufacturing units etc.
• Perform the troubleshooting and investigation on deviations during trail and validations.
