Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Prepare media for culturing microorganisms and perform microbial limit tests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
• Identify microorganisms using various methods including plate counting, bioburden testing, and bacterial endotoxin test (BET).
  
• Perform sterilization techniques such as autoclaving, filtration, and dry heat sterilization to maintain aseptic conditions in the laboratory.
