About Lyfius Pharma is 100% subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma. Its largest API Unit of Aurobindo. Lyfius spread across 236 acres in Kakinada SEZ and it is second largest API manufacturing facility in ASIA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented PMO to join our team in the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope, budget, and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory departments, to deliver successful project outcomes in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute projects related to API manufacturing processes.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates while ensuring timely project delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams such as process engineering, production, QA/QC, and procurement to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor and control project activities, track progress, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct project reviews, generate status reports, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Implement process improvements and optimization strategies for ongoing and future projects.

Support validation activities, including equipment, process, and cleaning validation as required.

Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and regulatory submissions.

Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure the timely availability of resources and materials.

Key Requirements:

Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / M Sc + PMP certified

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management within the API pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of API manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulations.

Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including GMP, FDA, and EHS standards.

Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
