IPDO - TAT Engineer

Job Description

1. Observe the lab experiments during development and optimization of the process at R&D Lab and based on the observations suggest modifications based on scalability, practical availability of equipment in the mapped facility, Safety etc and get concurrence of R&D for the proposed changes.
2. Providing the list of what-if/negative experiments .
3. Generate and compile Material Balance (with estimation of by-product quantities generation per Kg of product / input) on Lab, Scale-up Lab, Kilo-Lab & Pilot Plant batches as a part of the report on scale-up batches.
4. Preparation of material balance sheet.
5. Solvent mass balance and their recoverability.
6. Knowledge on MOC selection based on Process.
7. Generating Safety data and Reports in coordination with internal & external Safety Labs( like Reaction Calorimetry & Powder safety studies)
8. Process mapping for selecting size of equipment required .
9. Preparation of Raw Material requirement based on process .
10. Review of BPCR for scale-up batches at Kilo Lab / Pilot Plant and Trial & Validation batches.
11. Execution of tech transfer batches .
12. Prepare project closure report in coordination with manufacturing team.
13. Knowledge soft technical tools like Dynachem , Visimix , mixit preferable
14. Having Strong Chemical Engineering theoretical knowledge
