Summary of Job:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic School and College Coordinator to join our team. This high-impact role focuses on engaging directly with students, empowering them to leverage our resources, and helping them embark on their AI journey across schools and colleges from every part of the globe.

Onboarding Schools and Colleges Worldwide

• Identify and engage with schools and colleges globally, ensuring they can seamlessly access the Vjal Institutes resources.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for institutions, helping both students and professors across different regions connect with our offerings.
• Conduct interactive virtual or in-person sessions to introduce the institutes mission and resources to global audiences.
• Engaging with Students and Institutions across Borders. Build strong relationships with student leaders, clubs, and organizations in schools and colleges worldwide.
• Work with institutional leaders globally to create impactful opportunities for students to engage with AI-related initiatives.
• Inspire students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds to use AI tools to solve global and local challenges.
• Foster a dynamic and collaborative global student community through international events, hackathons, and workshops.
• Support the creation of AI clubs and initiatives within schools and colleges, providing mentorship tailored to different cultural contexts.
• Create platforms for students from various countries to showcase their work, share experiences, and learn from each other.

Troubleshooting and Support Across Regions:

• Serve as the first point of contact for students and institutions worldwide facing challenges with accessing or using the Vjal Institutes resources.
• Provide region-specific support to address challenges and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with the Vjal Institutes technical team to resolve issues and implement improvements based on global feedback.

Advocating for AI-Driven Transformation Globally:

• Act as a champion for empowering students worldwide with the transformative potential of AI.
• Inspire students to explore AI as a means of solving both local and global problems.
• Continuously seek opportunities to expand the Vjal Institutes global reach and impact.

Job Knowledge

• Minimum 7 years of experience in coordination with institutional leaders globally.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
• Proven history of working with students, schools, and colleges on global or multicultural initiatives.
• Experience running or supporting student clubs, organizations, or events during or after school/college.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and institutions across the globe.
