Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost and Estimation of ESR.
• Project co-ordination and planning about progress, billing and Estimation.
• Making BOM, BOQ, and Estimation etc.
• Preparation of client billing according to BOQ.
• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.
• Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.
• Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site.
• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
• To take the measurement from the site engineer.
• To get work done as per the protocol of the company.
• Preparing reconciliation statements.
• Monthly preparation and Tracking of R.A. Bill status.
• Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly.
• Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statements of the projects.
• Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements of the projects.
• Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly and daily basis.
• Reconciliation statements of all major materials of the projects weekly and monthly.
• Hands-on working experience on MS Project or Primavera; knowing SAP would definitely be an advantage
