Product Owner

Job Description:

A Product Owner who defines product vision, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong communication and Agile experience required, and has the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives
• Identify market opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Conduct thorough market analysis to assess customer needs, identify gaps, and make informed product decisions.
• Define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps to guide product development.
• Work closely with design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iteratively refine and improve the product
• Coordinate product launches, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and training for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Analyse user data, conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify product optimization and enhancement opportunities
• Collaborate with data analysts to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions
• To ensure successful product delivery, foster strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to- market strategies
• Work as the scrum master and conduct the agile ceremonies to ensure adherence to the agile development process

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches and improvement.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience on Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Experience in the technology industry and knowledge of software development processes is highly desirable.
• Adherence to ISMS standards, and Data Security policy and procedure.
