The Payments Regulation Analyst will be responsible for change and resilience activities supporting the Payments Regulation Lead, to ensure continued effectiveness in meeting payment compliance objectives.

Role Location: Manyata Embassy Business Park, Outer Ring Road, Near Nagavara, Bengaluru - 560045
As a Payments Regulation Analyst, you will be providing support and helping to drive the effective delivery of multiple initiatives across the Tribe and partner Tribes / Businesses. With a focus on governance, financial management and delivery tracking of initiatives within the Program, you will work closely with the Program Initiative Lead to provide analysis and information to facilitate informed decision making, monitor and track costs, support tracking of benefits realisation, and drive effective risk management practices across the Program.
As a Payments Regulation Analyst, you are accountable for:
Monitoring and Case Management - Operate daily monitoring procedures for payment compliance solutions including IFTI Reconciliation and Wholesale Payments Monitoring to identify cases and manage them through to resolution with business partners.
Business Reporting - Draw deep insights into solutions effectiveness and support on-going tuning of solution and case management workflows to ensure the on-going management of payment compliance through solutions and controls.
Relationship Management - Establish and maintain collaborative networks across payment businesses, customer relationship functions and system owners to facilitate timely and effective responses throughout the case management workflow.
Business Incident Support - Provide support for issues / incidents where business escalation is required and work with Technology to drive resolution of issues and underlying causes to minimise impacts.
Continuous improvement - Support execution of process uplift activities to bring better ways to do things to payments management
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Excellent stakeholder management ability and communication skills - building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
5-7 years of experince in payments domain
Business analysis skills including requirements management, solution definition, knowledge management and problem solving using data driven techniques
Ability to adopt an end-to-end view, thinking strategically and proactively identifying business improvement opportunities
Knowledge of an experience with the I.AM Framework, managing risks, controls and events across a business function
Payments domain knowledge is desirable
Project/Technology delivery lifecycle experience is desirable
