About the Role
As a TPRM QA Advisor in our TPRM Governance Oversight team, you ll play a key role f o r ensuring that an enterprise wide TPRM framework, policy and standards are in place and provide coverage of risk dimensions throughout the TPRM lifecycle, in alignment with other ANZ policies and procedures.
As the TPRM QA Specialist you will work with the TPRM QA Manager to:
Manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of a TPRM compliance approach that ensures appropriate governance and oversight mechanisms are in place to support demonstrable compliance with the NFR Framework and key policy requirements to meet global regulatory requirements in line with the TPRM framework.
Set up and manage the day-to-day delivery of responses to complex escalated TPRM QA-related queries and support requests by the business.

What will your day look like
As TPRM QA Specialist you are accountable for:
Working with the TPRM Governance Oversight Manager on developing and maintaining the TPRM Controls and QA program for the enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management policy and standards
Supporting the TPRM Governance Oversight Lead in the delivery and maintenance of the TPRM Controls and Quality Assurance (QA) Programs
Supoprt in preparing reporting and insights to the TPRM Governance Committee and the business
Engage with relevant stakeholders (including RTOs) to support the QA related uplift of TPRM policy, procedures, and work instructions to identify areas for improvement as TPRM QA activities are undertaken
What will you bring
3+ years professional experience in TPRM QA matters related to TPRM policy governance and compliance delivery
Understanding existing processes, tools and platforms within the TPRM QA solution, ANZ s TPRMHub operations and general QA management
Able to take direction with proven ability to work in an agile team (Scrum, Jira and Confluence) and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and a track record of working to deadlines.
Experience of working in a cross-border or multi-jurisdictional team
Understanding regulatory requirements as they related to risk and preferably TPRM
Data analysis skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Confluence /Jira experience Capabilities
