You need to ensure & maintain ServiceNow Platform is running smoothly.
You will be working on the assigned epics/stories/tickets in Jira/ServiceNow and resolve it within SLA
As an Engineer, you are expected to attend Scrum Meeting & Daily Stand-ups and share your updates/concerns.
Expected to work between 0800-1700 IST and provide On-call support on a rotational basis.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
4+ Years of Total Experience with 2+ Years in ServiceNow Platform
Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Platform Administration
Maintains, Develop and Enhances ITSM environment including Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals, SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations.
Participates in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
Develop systems integrations and process automation - fully utilizing the platforms workflow capabilities
Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting
Programming experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript, Ajax, JSON and XML, preferably within ServiceNow (business rules, script includes, client scripts, transform map scripts, etc.)
