Job Description
Position- Team Lead
Exp - Min 3yrs (min 1yr as TL)
Location- Mumbai( Goregaon east and Navimumbai)
Shifts- 24/7 Support, Rotational Shift(Day Shift and Night Shift), 6 days)
JD-
- Basic understanding of Wintel (understanding ADS, Back up, WSUS, SCCM, Antivirus, Patch management)
- Team Management (Roaster Management, SLA Management)
- Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, Citrix) will be added advantage
- Good experience in Troubleshooting
- Remote Management
- Exposure to manage incidents
- ITIL Awareness
- Exposure to ticketing tool
- Exposure to Citrix, Wintel, VMware technologies
- Good in people management skill as will be handling a team
- Good in managing incidents \ changes as per client SLAs
- Good experienced in handling escalations till closure
- Experience of managing Team Roster and leave management
- Ready to work in 24*7 Support and 6 days working
