� Governance of all IT Asset Management process and practices

• Assetization and Post Assetization of newly received assets
• Asset Movement
• Asset Reservations
• Laptop Management (Allocation, Issuance &Surrender)
• Leased Asset Tracking and replacement
• Asset Disposal
• Periodic Physical Verification
• Software License Allocation
• Software License Deposit
• Software License Reconciliation (Procurement Vs Usage)

� Maintain software and hardware asset database to ensure completeness and accuracy at all time.

� Ensure that IT Asset Management SLAs and KPIs are met at all the time.

� Review existing Asset Management process and suggest improvements in process efficiencies and controls

� Ensure Periodic Reports are prepared and shared

� Reviewing the performance of vendors and ensure that deliverables are met at all the time Share exceptional report on breaches.

� In depth working knowledge of Configuration &Supplier Management
